3. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Assess student progress through various methods such as tests, quizzes, projects, and class participation. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians on academic performance, strengths, and areas for improvement. Use assessment data to inform instructional planning and differentiate instruction to meet individual student needs.

Identify and address learning difficulties, special needs, and behavioral challenges, and collaborate with support staff and administrators to develop appropriate interventions and accommodations.

6. **Parent and Community Engagement**: Establish positive and proactive communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress, classroom activities, and academic expectations. Attend parent-teacher conferences, school events, and meetings to foster partnerships between home and school and promote parental involvement in education.

7. **Professional Development**: Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching skills, content knowledge, and instructional effectiveness. Participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and coursework to stay abreast of educational developments and pursue opportunities for career advancement.

8. **Administrative Responsibilities**: Fulfill administrative duties such as record-keeping, grading, attendance tracking, and reporting student progress to school administrators and district officials. Adhere to school policies and procedures, meet deadlines for submitting required documentation, and comply with state and federal regulations governing education.

9. **Collaboration and Teamwork**: Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and other stakeholders to promote a supportive and collaborative school culture. Participate in team meetings, departmental planning sessions, and professional learning communities to share ideas, resources, and strategies for improving teaching and learning outcomes.
