Job Description:

ACCOUNTING CLERK - MAC
Hiring Pay Range: $19.52 - $20.72 per hour, DOE
Schedule: 40 hrs/week, Monday - Friday
NOTE:  This position is eligible for our full benefits package, including medical, dental and vision, with a generous employer contribution!
Non-exempt (hourly paid)
Location: Murphey Administration Center
Target Start Date: ASAP

Pay range 31
12 months - 261 days/year

Knowledge, Skills and Other Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of accounting, automated accounting systems and spreadsheets.      
  • Skill in using basic arithmetic.
  • Skill in performing data entry quickly and accurately.
  • Skill in proofreading and verifying detailed work.
  • Skill in handling confidential information.
  • Skill in communicating effectively, orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of office practices, procedures, and systems.
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and administrators.

 
Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One year of experience performing functions similar to those indicated above.
