Job Description:
Full time Principal in a small rural school district with multi-grade students. The 2025-2026 calendar is a four-day academic week.
Purpose: This position directly supervises teachers and staff members using leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote the educational development of each student. Ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the school and support the work of the Site Administrator, School Board, Administrative Assistant, and other staff.
Requirements:
Arizona Teaching Certification, Principal’s Certification
Federally approved Fingerprint Card
Organizational and leadership skills, professionalism, problem solving skills, verbal communication
Complete training in CPR, AED, and First Aid (within the first two months of school)
Completed Yarnell Elementary School District Certified Application
