Job Description:

The behavioral counselor meets with students daily to ensure their safety and well being. The counselor also meets with students who have counselling goals written in their IEP. This person meets with students that are dealing with stress, anger, sadness, and are struggling to achieve academically. This person also teaches students coping skills and works to foster healthy relationships.

The guidance counselor also meets with students who are struggling academically.

The guidance counselor is on a 9 nine month contract and receives 301 money.
