Job Description:

Under administrative direction of the Director of Student Services and supervised by a certified School Psychologist, performs work of considerable difficulty developing psychological assessments of students and developing and implementing intervention and treatment plans.

Full-time (1.0 FTE), 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Term: 10 months (211 days)

Qualifications & Requirements: Current enrollment in an APA and/or NASP-approved School Psychology program at an accredited university, working towards Arizona certification as a School Psychologist (PSS); must be in the process of obtaining a valid Arizona School Psychologist certificate; valid Arizona driver’s license and clean driving record; Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card; ability to work with teachers, parents, coaches, sponsors, and students in a variety of situations and work effectively in a team-oriented school; superior oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to work cooperatively, effectively, and respectfully with staff, parents, and students from diverse backgrounds; computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and specialized IEP software.

Target Start Date: August 2025

Location: Catalina Foothills High School with Quarterly Rotations
