We are a K-8 Dual-Grade Public Charter School in Prescott, AZ seeking Classroom Teachers, Long-Term Sub and experienced ParaProfessionals. Grade level assignment will be discussed upon interview.

Required Skills/Education:

  • Teacher Candidates must be a certified teacher or be able to certify within a year upon hire.
  • Receive and maintain IVP Fingerprint Clearance.
  • Effective use of existing, adopted curriculum that is aligned to Arizona State Standards.
  • Use school-wide technology systems to monitor and track student achievement data to ensure educational success of all students.
  • Maintain classroom management.
  • Motivate, engage and inspire students.
  • ParaPro Candidates - $25-30K
  • Teacher Candidates - $40-49K

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
  • Manage classroom behavior and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress in literacy and math, providing necessary support.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and support to students with diverse learning needs, including those in special education.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
