Salary Range:
$75,000.00 - $83,500.00 USD annually.

The Director of National Partnerships will focus on generating brand awareness of ASU Prep Global and its offerings and services, building partnerships with new sales, building relationships with new partners (i.e. school districts), maintaining relationships with current partners, and providing superior customer service. This role serves as the primary contact with prospective partners and partners and is responsible for their individual sales goal, as well as, contributing to the success of the entire sales team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership, Business Administration, or other related specialty.
Five (5) years of experience in sales, account management, marketing or course/product development
Sales or account management experience with strong customer service background with a preference in education sales.
Experience with K-12 virtual, business or education sales programs and systems, including learning management systems.
Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence and sales acumen
Active AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops overall sales strategies and attains yearly sales goals.
Develops and executes prospecting strategies and cadences for outreach using multiple avenues.
Builds quality pipeline and conducts presentations to prospective and current partners that demonstrate the range of products and supports available.
Become an expert in product knowledge and offerings in order to respond to partner needs.
Provide feedback on product development and direction based on upcoming education trends and needs.
Maintain current knowledge of educational factors relating to the product, services and potential partner needs in the industry.
Leads consultative discussions with existing and potential clients and recommends products and services.
Provides superior customer service to existing and new partners with the goal of leading to renewal opportunities.
Builds and maintains client relationships by phone, face-to-face or via other effective virtual means.
Develops partner relationships in ways that further the partnership such as collaboratively designing learning models, co-writing thought leadership literature, co-presenting at conferences.
Documents sales activities in CRM system.
Develops and executes sales and marketing plans for his/her assigned geographic territory.
Plans, designs, schedules, delivers and manages sales presentations, course demonstrations, and training sessions.
Assists in strategic planning and development of products and services based on client needs and market research.
Help to design and implement new and creative sales strategies.
Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings.
Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, honoring schedules, meeting deadlines and respect for others.
All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals/metrics established by leadership.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include decisions related to selection, performance appraisal, discipline and salary recommendations.
Build strong and empowered teams by providing direction, delegation, counsel, mentoring and expertise to individual team leads, while retaining overall responsibility and accountability for results.
Promote and encourage the development, training and promotion of staff members to assure the perpetuation of a professional and competent workforce.

Occasional travel may be required for site visits, meetings, trainings and/or conferences. Locations may vary and may require overnight stays.
