Now Hiring: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Location: Mesa, AZ | Hours: Part-Time (8–15 hrs/week) | Pay: $38–$40/hr

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team! This part-time role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to support students in a school-based setting.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services under OT supervision

• Support IEP goals in both classroom and resource room settings

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement therapy plans

• Track and document student progress; submit reports as needed

• Participate in video conference meetings (minimum 1/month)

What We’re Looking For:

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy

• Valid Arizona COTA license

• Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience

Additional Details:

• Mostly in-person work with occasional virtual meetings

• No treatment sessions during school holidays or standardized testing
