Job Description:

We are hiring After School Staff at La Paloma Academy – Central Campus, for the 2025 – 2026 school year. We have a family environment and treat our teachers with respect. Competitive wages. 

La Paloma Academy Central is a charter school located at 2050 N. Wilmot Road in Tucson.  The campus is amazing and our enrollment continues to grow. Looking for energetic and dependable educators to work with our students in the After School Program. You will have an opportunity to support students’ creativity, academics, and have some fun when school ends each day!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Applicants must possess a high school diploma or have earned a GED
• Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Strong communication skills
• Self-directed personality traits
• Courteous and professional demeanor and dress
• Ability to operate computers, classroom technology, and computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, copiers, and cell phone functions such as text, email, etc.)

Hours may vary depending on student numbers. Must have availability to work:

• M, T, Th, F 3:00 – 6:00
• W 11:15 – 6:00

Pay: $15.25/hour
