Starting salary $53,100 - $84,950 (Including Performance Pay).

WESD offers an exceptional teacher support system for Paid Student Teachers, Alternative Pathways Teacher Certification Program, Traditional Student Teachers, and experienced teachers so all teachers are supported! Mentors and an Instructional Coach at every site. WESD also has District Coaches by grade level and subject area who visit schools as an additional layer of support.

Salary range is $50,000 - $81,850. An additional $3,100(approx.) for Performance Pay.
