Job Description:

SUMMARY: 
Catalina Foothills School District is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide part-time support to students, staff, and families. The BCBA will oversee and support district inclusion educational assistants and/or behavior technicians, provide consultation to school teams, and ensure the use of evidence-based practices that promote positive student outcomes.

10 months position

Hiring Pay Range: DOE

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3-4 hours per week, flexible

Qualifications & Requirements: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification; Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field; experience working with school-aged students and supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs; knowledge of special education law and best practices in Positive Behavior Supports (PBS); strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams; current Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card; valid Arizona driver’s license.
